Joe Noble, MA, LMFT

Joe Noble is a Minnesota board licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT). He works with individuals, families, parents, couples, and adolescents to support their movement toward counseling objectives. Joe is a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice.


 Lori Thibodeau, MA, LMFT

Lori Thibodeau is licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT). She works with individuals, families, parents, couples, and adolescents in a counseling setting.


Lori and Joe

Together, Lori and Joe work to support family, parenting, and co-parenting objectives. Lori and Joe are the creators and instructors of Bridging Parental Conflict®. In addition, they hold regular workshops and programs on improving marriage relationships and family communication. They regularly present to groups on topics relevant to families. 


Kevin King, MA, LAMFT

Kevin is a licensed associate marriage and family therapist with a Master's degree from the Adler Graduate School, and an undergraduate degree from Bethel University. Kevin has experience working with addiction, anxiety, depression, family therapy, and couples therapy. His clinical focus is on working with couples and adolescents in high conflict family systems. He considers it his life’s work to help clients regain their lives and be free from codependency and shame as they work on relationship issues such as communication and intimacy.

Erin Kassebaum, MS, LAMFT

Erin earned her Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and her undergraduate degree from St. Olaf College in Sociology and Family Social Sciences. As a licensed associate marriage and family therapist, Erin brings her experience working as a mediator and parenting consultant to her clinical work at The Bridging Center. She is passionate about helping individuals and families experiencing conflict achieve their therapeutic goals.

Kelly Noble, JD 

Kelly is a graduate of the Hamline University School of Law and a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. She serves as a mediator for Ramsey County and is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC). Kelly works with families to navigate the confusion surrounding divorce & parenting time.

Benjamin Kent, MS

Benjy holds a Master of Science degree in Counseling from the University of Oregon, and a B.A. in psychology from the University of Wisconsin. He is a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the State of Minnesota. Benjy serves as a parenting and family coach and mediator. He uses his extensive experience to help families to problem-solve, make adjustments to, and manage various family situations.
